We measure, certify and trace organic by-products right where they are generated. Our technology turns scattered, invisible flows into resources with a name, a quantity and a destination. For rural communities, bioenergy plants and valorisation operators.
✓ Sealed in the chain of custody
Illustrative example
The problem
The countryside generates large organic flows: cheese whey, livestock slurry, agricultural by-products and more. But they are produced across thousands of small farms, in variable quantities and with no records at all. What isn’t measured can’t be collected efficiently, certified or sold.
01
Hundreds of small producers in valleys and mountains, far from treatment plants. Without economies of scale, collection doesn’t pay off.
02
Nobody knows how much is generated, when, or in what condition. Without known volumes and quality, no operator can plan or commit to a supply.
03
Use it or lose it. No data means no contract, no certification, no value. Storage times kill the value of these flows. Organic degradation converts a potential source of value into an environmental liability for the producer.
Without data at source there is no circular economy. With it, every waste stream becomes a resource that can be collected, certified and put to use.
Our approach
We install connected equipment on the farm itself. Every delivery is recorded at the moment and place it is generated, as a precise, auditable figure ready to be shared with any system. That record is the missing piece that makes everything else work.
Volume of every delivery, measured automatically.
Type of stream and its condition at the time of delivery.
Exact farm, location and time.
Producer, collection and destination, in a verifiable chain of custody.
How it works
Hardware at source, a cloud data platform and a team that coordinates collection.
IoT equipment on the farm or food business measures every delivery the moment it is generated: how much, what, and in what condition.
Wheytainer · Wheybox · DPT SystemEvery transaction is recorded automatically and sealed in a blockchain-backed chain of custody.
Agrolinera platformWith real-time data we plan efficient collection routes and supervise the equipment on behalf of the waste operator.
Supervision and logisticsWe make it possible: the plant operator receives a resource with certified origin, quantity and quality, ready to become energy, fertiliser or new products.
Valorisation plantsOne record, many beneficiaries
Data interoperability aligns the interests of those who generate the flow, those who recover its value and the communities that host it.
Users
Livestock farmers, cheesemakers and growers stop carrying a problem. They hand over their waste effortlessly, stay compliant and protect their surroundings.
Customers
Quantified, predictable and traceable supply. Optimised routes and feedstock of known quality.
Community
Less dumping, lower emissions and reliable data for decision-making. A future for traditional livestock farming.
Impact
Verifiable evidence of impact (tonnes managed, tCO₂ avoided) to certify and finance projects.
Already running
Since autumn 2024 we have been collecting whey from the artisan cheese dairies of the Cabrales PDO that operate inside the National Park, in Tielve (Asturias, Spain). Every litre is measured, traced and certified from the dairy all the way to its valorisation.
Our own technology
Units automate critical flow management processes, generating verifiable data in real time that is centralised in a cloud platform and keeps the chain of custody. Patented and developed by Agrolinera.
Whey
For artisan cheesemakers and small food processors: whey collection container and module with automatic metering and recording that enables compliance and protein recovery.
Slurry
For bioenergy operators, livestock communities and cooperatives: slurry transfer device that records every delivery from the farm’s slurry pit, enhancing biogas potential and proof of sustainability.
Data
Monitoring, traceability and a blockchain-backed chain of custody. For agricultural producing communities needing to ensure the quality of their by-products and certify the origin and conditions of production. Data at source, available to every stakeholder.
A replicable model
In operation
Artisan cheese dairies. Running in the Cabrales pilot (Asturias). Digitalisation for communities, enabling a circular economy that sustains the environment and the rural population.
Rolling out
Biomethane plants. Livestock communities. Managed at source for efficiency, traceability and social licence.
Piloting
Agricultural by-products in new producing regions. Compliance for EUDR, environmental and social impact.
