We are thrilled to join Rural Spain ClimAccelerator at the Green Tech Space at 4YFN – MWC2024 in Barcelona!: Hall 8.1, Green-tech Zone, stand 8.0D15.2. The Green Tech Space marks the tenth anniversary of 4YfN at Mobile World Congress Barcelona! It is supported by EIT Climate-KIC Spain and RuralSpain ClimAccelerator, the programme we are taking part in, and is dedicated to tackling the pressing challenge of climate change by championing innovative sustainability solutions, like ours, in rural areas. Agrolinera is a proud part of this climate effort. We reduce the environmental and climate footprint of traditional dairy farms, which make up most of the dairy industry in Europe. We cut the carbon footprint of manure management by bringing logistical efficiency and an alternative to manure spreading. By lowering collection costs, we enable circularity, biogas and biomethane projects in areas of smallholdings, replacing fossil fuels in the grid mix. Crucially, we reduce exo-enteric methane generation on dairy farms by eliminating manure storage in barn slurry pits. Second only to enteric emissions, manure management accounts for a significant share of the methane footprint of dairy production.
